One of the biggest missed opportunities businesses make is not reminding their customers what’s at stake if they don’t do anything. People will not act or make a purchase unless something is not working in their lives.
Like Marguerite, for instance, an artist who is not getting enough exposure online to sell her jewelry. Or Jacob, who feels confused about the next best steps to sell his business.
Whether their problem is an external one like Marguerite’s, or an internal feeling like Jacob’s, your job is to remind them of what’s not working in their life right upfront. Then they will know you understand their problem or issue intimately, and how you can help them solve it (with your product or service).
